BiofuelAi welcomes Freddie Kohn: Software Engineer

We are delighted to welcome Freddie Kohn as a Software Engineer at BiofuelAi.

Freddie joins us with strong technical expertise and an entrepreneurial streak of his own.

Prior to joining BiofuelAi, Freddie designed and built highly responsive front-end applications and websites through his own company, Beckohn Digital, serving clients across London and Croydon. Coding since the age of 11, he is proficient across a wide range of programming languages, and holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Software Engineering from the University of Liverpool.

Freddie has already made significant contributions to the front end of the BiofuelAi platform, having initially worked with BiofuelAi on a part-time basis while completing his MSc in Applied Quantum Computing at University of Surrey. He has introduced new features and more intuitive navigation which are now live in client-facing instances of the platform.

Freddie’s keen eye for intuitive design and structure in front-end applications is reflected in his interests outside this domain. He enjoys indoor climbing and has a lifelong passion for music, having played piano and trumpet for many years.

As a soon-to-be University of Surrey alumnus, Freddie adds to a pipeline of exceptional talent we are proud to draw from. He first discovered BiofuelAi at a university careers fair, proof that a good conversation can go a long way.

To our clients, partners, and supporters, thank you for believing in us and championing what we are building together. We are excited about this phase of growth, helping take the anaerobic digestion industry from hindsight to foresight, and continuing to make a positive impact on decarbonisation through AI and computational science.

Please join us in welcoming Freddie to the team.
